In October we read “Transcription” an offering from bestselling author Kate Atkinson which is a work of complete duality. For a novel that is concerned with spies and espionage, with hidden identities and masked lives, this is perhaps not entirely surprising.
We also attend talks put on by Hucknall Library with guest authors, which can be very enlightening. The Library also has a “Crime Café” on the second Tuesday of each month, with guest speakers as well as discussions.
