A walk along the bottom of the Ranges onto Black Pad and back to Linby was enjoyed by 15 Easy Walkers.
Obviously a coffee at the end of the walk (2.5 miles) at Brooke Farm was much appreciated.
Thanks to those who walked with us.

Despite heavy rain and overcast skies, six hardy walkers boarded the tram to Nottingham to alight at Gregory Street and follow the course of the canal back to London Road. A coffee stop at Hopkinsons was a well needed break before our tram ride home.
Thanks to those who attended!
We had a journey out to Highfields University Park in November where we enjoyed a pleasant walk around the lake and campus, followed by coffee in the Students Refectory.
Our proposed visit to The River Leen exhibition however, was foiled due to a heating failure. Hopefully we will revisit in the New Year.
Thanks to our walkers for your continued support.
A casual walk around Colliers Wood and the surrounding area in beautiful sunshine was enjoyed by our group.
Colliers Wood was reclaimed following the closure of Moorgreen Colliery and now seems like it’s always been there!
We ended our walk with the obligatory refreshment stop at Reuben Shaws Coffee Shop.
Another lovely social walk.
Our August walk through woods and open fields, taking in views of the Solar Farm and the old Brick Yard (which prompted memories of the Sunday Markets gone by) was enjoyed by twelve easy walkers. We ended up at the Nabb Inn for refreshments.
The walk was longer than usual, I’ll ensure the next one is a little shorter!
