In February we swapped muddy fields and stiles for the paved streets of Nottingham City Centre and took part in our second ‘Observational photo quiz walk’.
The event was very popular, with 34 taking part. We were split into six teams, each of which were provided with a sheet of photos of specific architectural features of 28 buildings, a list of street names and a city centre map. The aim was to match the photos to the location and to return to Soulville Steakhouse once completed.
David Jackson and Greg Umney planned the whole event, so they had the task of marking our sheets. Of the 6 teams, 5 had correctly placed all of the photos and, after a tie break question, ‘Team Marian’ were declared the winners. A great day out, rounded off by a tasty lunch!!
