Seven members of the cycling group completed the classic ‘Friar Tuck’ 50 miles at the annual Nottingham Cycle Live event on Sunday 25th June.
Conditions were good with dry weather and a breeze that varied from slight to stiff depending on whether it was assisting from behind or in our faces.
It is great event with approximately 3,500 participants of all ages and types of cycle.
Well done to Val Gant, Angela Cornish, John Saunders, Roy Beadle, Jim Spray, David Riley and myself.
We will be back next year with an even bigger team.
