After a very interesting read of Agatha Christie’s one act play ‘The Patient’ at our March meeting, we revisited Alan Bennett’s ‘Green Forms’ at our meeting on the morning of Friday 24th April. This allowed us to look at the play in greater depth and to discuss how different members interpreted the characters and ways in which we could play the parts to greater effect. We hope to develop our acting abilities by looking at the different styles of writing of several different playwrights over the next few months.
We currently have a regular group of 12 members, who meet at my house on the fourth Friday of the month, 10am – 12. This is a nice sized group, but we could accommodate a few new members. Anyone interested would be very welcome. Our next meeting will be on Friday 22nd May.
