Our Christmas walk of 2019 started from The Horse and Groom in Moorgreen.
The first half along the road past Beauvale Priory was a good walking surface. However, following more overnight rain the footpath downhill towards Greasley Church was akin to a mud slide. This certainly slowed down progress but we all got back rather muddy but in one piece.
We were then joined by some non walking colleagues for a good value lunch in the pub.
