There were ten intrepid members of the Adventure Before Dementia group arriving at Sherwood Pines on Friday, 20th July. After ten minutes instruction we were already one down, but not out; a further five minutes instruction and we were off. We followed our instructor through the beautiful trails of Sherwood Pines. Just as we were settling into an easy sedate pace, the instructor altered the settings on the Segway and doubled the speed and we moved on to rougher terrain, one more down but not out. Both fallers were okay and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a great time and finished off with a coffee and a chat.
