Following on from last year’s Treasure Hunt Walk, in June, the Mid-Length Walking Group, had an evening Observational Walk with 29 walkers doing a linear walk from Blidworth to Papplewick. Their eyes were peeled for features that they might be asked about on their return.
The Group enjoyed one of the warmest evenings of the year and returned to a BBQ at Steph & Paul Haigh’s, where the winning team, Sue & Dave Naylor, Mandy James, Chris West & June Whitmore received their winning rosettes and a highly valued trophy!
