The May meeting was the first of our three sessions on German. Resisting the urge to remember the German from time past in comics, we began by simple phrases like Guten tag/ Guten morgen and began to develop vocabulary for everyday usage and how to introduce one’s name. We also explored the names of family members through two short video clips and chatting in small groups.
The next meeting on Thursday 8th June in the Byron suite at JGC at 10.30 till 12 noon, will be on numbers, hotels and directions in town to places of interest.
New members are always welcome to come along and have a taster.
Auf wiedersehen,
Ann & Liz
