We were a little low on numbers for our June meeting due to holidays and illness but undeterred we continued with our Italian sessions and welcomed another new member.
This month we watched some BBC internet clips on Market food and Clothes shopping. We then practised this in small groups using the vocabulary sheet on these topics.
We are planning an Italian meal out for sometime in August and in due course Liz will email out proposed dates and venues.
Our next meeting will be on Thursday 11th July, 10.30 till 12 noon, in the John Godber Centre. This month we shall be looking at some simple verbs that are most commonly used and furthering our language usage in a variety of ways.
