Share Your Creative Skills and become a U3A Coordinator/Group Leader
Do you have a passion for creative activities such as crafts, singing, theatre or music? Would you like to have confidence and knowledge to be able to share your passion by passing on your creative skills to others?
Notts County Council are organising a FREE 2 Day course developed in partnership with Voluntary Arts England with the objective of teaching people how to teach others in creative cultural activities.
By the end of the two days you will have learned how to get people interested and keep them motivated throughout your own creative activity sessions.
They will teach you to learn the principles of planning and running a session and how to send everyone off feeling inspired to do more
– How to develop a lesson, plan and produce resources.
– How to handle difficult situations and how to celebrate success.
You would learn how to make your sessions acceptable to people with diverse needs and backgrounds.
Deadline for bookings Oct 14th. Contact Sarah Breen to book your place on this free course with sarah@vaengland.org.uk 07818031632
The courses are on 14th and 21st November 10a.m. till 5 pm
