The Committee agreed to have photographs taken and for these to be placed on the Notice Board at the monthly meetings and on the website. This would help to identify all members and their roles.
The Creative Writing group has been discontinued because of a lack of numbers. On the positive side, the Choir is now doing very well.
It was agreed that the Irish Night had been very successful.
The accounts for March were approved.
Provision of equipment for the Craft groups and Seated Exercise group were discussed and approved.
The recent Film workshops had proved popular and further films would be shown at the end of the year.
Membership renewals are now complete.
Provision for the A.G.M. was discussed.
