If you were on the trip to Lyme Park you will be pleased to know that Skills have told me to tear up the cheque. This means there will be £8.00 each refundable as the driver did get his tip. It would be helpful if you had this towards another trip but if you prefer a cheque for the money, then you will need to let me know so I can arrange for the treasurer to write one for you.
Skills were apologetic and want to give us a discount on another trip. They also say they have given a donation to the National Trust by way of a thank you. They have promised to send a letter of apology to our group too.
