Tap Dancing

Our group in action

The Group has been suspended until February 2013 when the Group will reform and anyone wishing to join will be able to come along.
We meet at the John Godber Centre. We have a qualified dance teacher and spend a very enjoyable hour tapping to popular music, reggae, and even Irish music.

Another routine

In the past it has been proved that walking, hopping and skipping are very good for the prevention of osteoporosis, this class incorporates all three at a pace suitable to our age and capability.
Members of the group vary from those who have never tapped before to those who enjoyed classes as a child.
If you would like to try the class please contact, the group’s co-ordinator Vivian Ellis.
