A fun and suitable exercise session for all, incorporating simple yet challenging routines to music. Working to your own abilities will help to improve strength, flexibility, balance and coordination and even a small amount of exercise will boost your well-being.
So if you fancy a go, we meet at the John Godber Centre on the 2nd Monday of the month from 2- 3pm. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and socks (trainers or light flat shoes optional). Also if you have a health condition please check with your GP.
