The Movement to Music group combines gentle exercise, lyrical movement and dance – to a wide range of music, in a relaxed and sociable atmosphere.
The sessions are presented as short courses with each one lasting approximately 6-8 weeks, and are held on Thursday mornings ( 10.00 – 11.00) in The Main Hall at the John Godber Centre.
