Our thanks go to Christine and Dave Vincent who led Singalong in May, the theme being “Doo-wop”. It was enjoyed by all.
Our theme next time has been chosen by a couple of our group members.
Singalonga
Due to other U3A events we were a smaller group singing along to songs vaguely related to hobbies and occupations. We are still finding new songs and welcome any suggestions.
The meeting in May will be led by Dave and Christine Vincent, the theme being “Doo -Wop” songs.

Our Singalong group continues to be well attended, the theme of our last session was number one hits from the sixties and seventies chosen by one of our members.
Our finale of Bohemian Rhapsody was worthy of Britain’s Got Talent!!
Our next theme is to be decided but we think we’re due a session of Folk Music!
We meet at St Peter and St Paul’s Church Hall on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

One word song titles was the last subject choice at Novembers singalong.
There were lots to choose from so we may revisit that subject some other time.
Our theme for December is Christmas!
All the old favourites, not many new ones to choose from unfortunately!
