Birdwatching August

Our next visit will be on Tuesday 9 August to Ogston Reservoir near Alfreton, Derbyshire, meeting at the West car park at 10.30 am.
From the War Memorial traffic lights in Alfreton turn right onto the A61 (Chesterfield Road). Continue on A61 for approx. 3.7 miles. At the White Bear turn left onto the B6014 signposted Tansley. At the next road junction bear left keeping on B6014. Pass the North car park on the left, carry straight on and take the next left turning (Quarry Lane). After approx. half a mile round a sharp left hand bend the West car park is on the left hand side.
