Wine Appreciation – April 11th
Another successful evening of our wine appreciation group. We would like to welcome 2 new members Dianne and Malcolm.
After great discussion the wine of the evening was a Mondelli-Italian Pinot Grigio Blush 12% from Sainsbury’s. This wine has a beautiful salmon colour with pleasing aromas of wild strawberries, combined with citrus and forest fruits, perfect on its own or with light dishes such as grilled chicken or fish. We all agreed that it would be nice to have on a hot summer evening, sitting in the garden, but don’t forget your spray for the gnats!!
